Blueberry Sour Cream Pie
A creamy sour cream filling loaded with blueberries under a buttery crumb topping.
INGREDIENTS
8 SERVINGS- 1deep dish unbaked pie crust
- 3/4 cupsugar, for the filling
- 2 tbspflour, for the filling
- 1 cupsour cream
- 1egg
- 1 1/2 tspvanilla
- 1/4 tspsalt
- 2 1/2 cupsblueberries, fresh or frozen (if frozen, thaw and drain well)
- 3 tbspflour, for the topping
- 2 tbspsugar, for the topping
- 1 1/2 tbspcold butter, for the topping
INSTRUCTIONS
6 STEPSPreheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare the pie crust by covering the crust's edges with foil, which keeps them from getting too brown.
